Whether you choose to ride for a single day or for the entire long weekend, the essence doesn’t change: gravel, dust, bubbles, and the suspicion that the organizer has a sense of humor all their own.
The finish line awaits you. Your cycling dignity… maybe a little less.
UNBOUND ROUTE K345
“It’s not a race, it’s a journey. Discover it with us!”
Distance: 345 km
Elevation Gain: 4,800 m
Walls and Climbs: a mystery
Dirt Sections: many… and dusty
LA PROSECCO UNBOUND: THIS YEAR WITH A TOUCH OF “PINK” (AND TEARS)
You wake up at dawn, the May sun kissing the vineyards of Pieve di Soligo, and there you are staring at your bike thinking: “Why did I do this?”
Welcome to La Prosecco Unbound, the event where gravel meets destiny and where your relationship with fatigue will be tested just as much as your ability to resist an early wine tasting. This year, though, we decided to go over the top: your exertion-induced hallucinations weren’t enough—we added the Giro d’Italia to the mix.
Pieve di Soligo is buzzing for the arrival of the Giro d’Italia stage on May 28, and the Giro Women will pass through our hills over the weekend… in short, the region is a riot of pink. And you? You’re right there in the middle of the June 2 long weekend, trying to survive 345 km of pure unsupported madness.
THE ROUTE: A JOURNEY THROUGH VINEYARDS, SWEAT, AND “ILLEGAL PINK JERSEYS”
The start? An epic. Departing from Pieve di Soligo, we head into the Conegliano area and continue through the lands of Ottavio Bottecchia. If the first Italian to win the Tour de France could ride without carbon, batteries, or “hope-flavored” supplements, maybe you can too. Or maybe not—but at least you’ll have a perfect alibi.
Then the adventure begins:
-Valsana and the Revine Lakes: Paradise. Or maybe it’s just a sugar deficiency making everything look so clear.
-Molinetto della Croda: The mill has been turning since 1630. You? You’ve been spinning in circles for 150 km, starting to think your bike has a gravity problem.
-Gravel World Championship Climbs (Collagù, Le Serre, San Vigilio, Combai): The Giro d’Italia has taught us what professional fatigue is. You’ll experience it firsthand, with the addition of the Torri di Credazzo for a healthy dose of despair.
THE GRAND FINALE: ASOLO, MONTELLO, AND LEGEND
You’re in the heart of the DOCG, where every vineyard is a masterpiece. And just as you dream of a chilled glass of Prosecco, you find yourself on the Pedemontana del Grappa:
-The Canova Temple: Sublime architecture. You’ll have an existential crisis as your GPS lies shamelessly, saying “just 100 km to go.”
-Asolo: Village of queens and poets. You arrive, caked in mud, staring at a fountain wondering if it legally counts as a “thermal bath” to dunk your face in.
-Montello: The beautiful nightmare. A playground for cyclists that, among the moraines, will sap your last drops of energy.
WHY DO IT NOW?
Because while Giro champions fly on the asphalt, perfumed and escorted, you’ll be there, among the dust and silence of the ridges, enjoying the same views, but with ten times more sweat. That’s the charm of gravel: pros have the Pink Jersey, you have the “Dust and Gratitude Jersey.”
You’ll reach Castello di San Salvatore, steeped in the legends of Bianca, the young and gentle lady who will probably wonder: “Did this poor cyclist make it?”
You survived. You’re a hero—or at least someone who can’t say no to impossible challenges. You’ll toast, look at your bike with affection mixed with deep resentment, and swear never to do it again.
(At least until next year).
MEDIUM ROUTE K221
“For those who are a little too confident with their bike”

Distance: 221 km
Elevation Gain: 3,040 m
Walls and Climbs: “just enough” to remind you how heavy your legs feel after the first 100 km
Dirt Sections: quality gravel for a true explorer
Here, you enter the tunnel. If the Short route is the appetizer, this is the wedding feast… but you have to cook it yourself.
You’ll tackle the Gravel World Championship climbs (Collagù, Le Serre, San Vigilio, Combai) and the new addition: the Torri di Credazzo.
Valdobbiadene, the Canova Temple, Montello… we’ll cross it all, until the line between a hill and a mirage becomes as thin as your tire tread.
In Asolo, you’ll pass by magnificent fountains: your challenge will be to decide whether to drink from them or collapse into one for a tactical nap.
This is the route that transforms you: starting as a regular citizen, you’ll reach Castello di San Salvatore feeling like a medieval knight who forgot his horse at home.
SHORT ROUTE K131
“For those who still have a social life”

Distance: 131 km
Elevation Gain: 1,780 m
Walls and Climbs: a mystery
Dirt Sections: many… and dusty
This is the route for those who want a taste of Prosecco Unbound without having to write a will.
Starting from Pieve di Soligo, you’ll pass through Conegliano, the city of Cima, and continue through the lands of Ottavio Bottecchia (yes, that guy who won the Tour, just to give you a merciless point of comparison) before returning to Pieve di Soligo.
It’s a romantic itinerary: Cima from Conegliano painted landscapes, you’ll be painting sweat stains on your bike frame.
You’ll pass the Molinetto della Croda, where the mill has been turning since 1630. Spoiler: you won’t be spinning nearly as fast after 120 km.
It’s the perfect route to say: “I did it, I’m an athlete… now hand me the spritz.”
